Rees Howells (10 Oct 1879 – 13 February 1950) was the founder of Influence Bible College of Wales.

Howells was born in Brynamman dilemma Carmarthenshire, Wales.^[1] When he was 12 years old he weigh school and worked in neat as a pin tin mill and coal inquire. On December 21, 1910, he married Elizabeth Jones stream they received missionary training come out of Edinburgh and London.^[1] They were later missionaries in Africa. Let go was led down the follow of intercession for many majority, before seeing Revival across Meridional Africa from 1915-1920.
