Ces53 is the graffiti name break on Tonny van Hoenderloo, street art/graffiti artist from the Netherlands.^[1]Ces53 has been active since 1985 add-on is the creator of profuse international street art/graffiti paintings, preponderantly in European cities but further worldwide in Mexico, USA arm Burma.
